Questions We Get Asked

How long does shipping take?

Sea freight from Shanghai to most ports is 30–45 days depending on the destination. Machines are shipped in a 40 ft HQ container; a gantry machine may need flat-rack or break-bulk.

Can you install the machine in our country?

Yes. Installation and commissioning are quoted per project, including engineer travel and days on site. We handle visas where the destination requires them.

What is the warranty?

12 months on the machine, 24 months on the laser source, parts and labour. Consumables (lenses, nozzles, protective windows) are excluded. See Service & support.

Can we buy spare parts separately?

Yes — consumables and wear parts are stocked for dispatch within seven days. Send the machine serial number with your order.

Do you supply training in our language?

Training is delivered in English as standard, with Chinese-language support available.

What are the payment terms?

Typically 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, T/T or L/C. Final terms are stated in the quotation and sales contract.
